Software Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced software quality assurance specialist to join our team. As a key member of our software development lifecycle, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough testing and provide detailed feedback on product quality across all phases of a project.
  2. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings to ensure seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  3. Identify and report bugs and errors to development teams in a timely manner.
  4. Analyze test results and execute follow-up tests as necessary.
  5. Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and implement fixes.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in manual testing and automation testing.
  • Expertise in functional, regression, integration, and compatibility testing.
  • Familiarity with database testing, API testing using Postman, and defect management tools like TestRail and Jira.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
