
Business Development Documents Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Documents Coordinator and Research Analyst to support our business development and project documentation processes.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Conduct market research on potential clients, ongoing/upcoming architectural projects, government tenders, and competitors.
- Identify and track RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and other bidding opportunities from public and private sectors.
- Prepare client profiles, project briefs, and analysis reports to assist the Business Development team.
- Coordinate with online tendering portals and procurement platforms.

- Tracking project progress documentation including timelines, deliverables, and revisions.
