Voice Technology Expert

The purpose of this role is to oversee the maintenance, implementation and administration of secure, robust, stable and redundant Voice and Video infrastructure. This involves proposing innovative solutions in Voice and VC domains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out IP Telephony Level 1 and 2 tasks on CUCM, Unity, UCCX and Voice Gateways.
  • Experience with Oracle SBC, Kurmi and Clobba (Codesoft).
  • Troubleshoot Voice incidents and escalate to Level 3.
  • Manage AV tickets, troubleshoot, fix and replace Video Conferencing units, projectors and AV equipment.
  • Operate Crestron CP4 and other devices, Kramer, QSC Amplifier and Shure mics.
  • Provide Business as Usual support operations in Voice Domain.
  • Support AV / VC setup and coordinate with Vendors for necessary support and resolution.
  • Support other 3rd Party applications like Digital Signage, Imagicle and Wallboard in Voice Domain.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience covering Cisco Voice technologies, AV devices and/or Oracle SBC.
  • Working experience on Cisco IP Telephony, Call Manager, Unity, Voice Gateways, PRI connectivity and Cisco VC.
  • Strong knowledge of SIP.
  • Good knowledge of Video endpoints (Cisco kit, Room Bar, etc).
  • Knowledge of IPC Unigy, Verba and Nice NTR recording.
  • Technical knowledge of Network and Telecom infrastructure.
