Job Role

As a seasoned expert in network administration, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the wireless, routing, and switching infrastructure across our offices and datacenter.

  • Ensure operational monitoring, reporting, and functioning of wireless, routing, and switching infrastructure.
  • Maintain enterprise network infrastructure and its operational performance through appropriate technical network troubleshooting.
  • Liaise and collaborate with vendors, TAC, and support teams to identify problems, scope responsibility, RCA, resolution, and meet incident/problem management requirements.
  • Supervise network infrastructure changes, patch deployment, version upgrades, and fixes to meet vulnerability and change management requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and provide support and assistance for network incidents and requests.
  • Maintain network inventory, network documentation, and MIS reports to meet network operations processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Experience in Network Infrastructure Operations.
  2. Management and supervision of network support teams.
  3. In-depth knowledge of Network Routing, Switching, Wireless, and Security.
  4. Hands-on experience with Cisco Routing/Switching/Wireless hardware platforms.
  5. Conceptual knowledge of Enterprise Firewall and QoS Traffic Shaping.
  6. Network monitoring/reporting/troubleshooting tools.
  7. Ability to work independently and as a team leader.
  8. Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  9. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent. Additional Cisco certifications are preferred.

Work Arrangements
  • Base location: Mumbai.
  • This role does not involve extensive travel for work.
