About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to oversee the management, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our network infrastructure. This role requires expertise in networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network Management: Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure reliable network performance.
  • Performance Monitoring: Perform regular network performance monitoring and optimization tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Bachelor's degree.
  • 7-15 years of experience in network administration or a related IT field.
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP).
  • Proficiency with network hardware (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls) and operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux).
  • Experience with network security principles and best practices.
