Senior Network Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team as a DDI Engineer.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other Layer 2/3 networking concepts. They should be able to convey technical issues clearly through strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone and ticketing systems with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Technical Support role.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on service excellence.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have:
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Self-starter and effective team player with the ability to multi-task in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Experience with DDI solutions, Linux/Unix or Microsoft Windows Server environments, and network administration, system administration, or enterprise infrastructure support.
- Exposure to lab simulations, remote troubleshooting practices, and outage calls.
- Ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams for escalations.
Bonus Points: Prior experience in these areas is highly desirable, but not essential. What's most important is your passion for continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and mentoring peers.
