We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our team in the development and execution of offshore and marine projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering management, with experience in leading multidiscipline teams and managing complex projects from conception to completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the DDW engineering team, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to the DDW engineering team
  • Direct, review, and approve engineering designs and changes
  • Manage the scope of work for engineering teams
  • Prepare technical specifications and engineering execution plans
  • Plan multidiscipline engineering activities and manage detail design and production engineering teams
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate will require:

  • A minimum bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline
  • A minimum of 15 years' experience in the offshore and marine industry
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in shipyard/offshore yard engineering management of multidiscipline teams
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in structural production engineering
