Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our marine and offshore projects. This role will be responsible for overseeing the design and execution of complex projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and to the highest quality standards.

  • This position requires strong technical knowledge in marine and offshore projects, including sound understanding of management approaches for work direction, motivation, performance management, and disciplinary action.
  • The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge in the selection of materials based on its standard grades and specifications, as well as experience in various hull structural design standards like DIN/JIS/Norsok.
  • Excellent program and project management skills, with strong document management capabilities, are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Providing leadership for the day-to-day direction of the engineering team.
  2. Directing, reviewing, and approving engineering designs and changes.
  3. Defining and managing the scope of work for engineering teams.
  4. Preparing technical specifications and engineering execution plans.
  5. Liaising with clients to obtain approval for engineering work.
  6. Producing and checking production deliverables, such as 3D model development.

Requirements:

  • A minimum bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in offshore and marine industries.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in shipyard/offshore yard engineering management multidiscipline teams.
