Civil Structural Engineer Position Overview

The successful candidate will lead and execute offshore civil structural engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

  • 15–20 years of experience in Oil & Gas, specifically in offshore projects;
  • Expertise in offshore design standards, project execution, and multidisciplinary coordination;
  • Familiarity with relevant engineering tools and software;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative offshore civil structural engineering solutions;
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects within scope, time, and cost constraints;
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate designs and operations;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field;
  • Professional certification in a relevant discipline (e.g., PE, CEng);
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
