
Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and support.
The role involves handling large volumes of emails and calls, generating sales leads, and coordinating between the organization and customers.
Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with customer accounts through effective communication, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and adhering to established communication procedures and guidelines.
Fundamental skills required are excellent phone contact handling skills, active listening, customer orientation, and ability to adapt/respond to diverse types of characters. Fluency in English (verbal and written) and proficiency in MS Office are essential.
Bonus qualifications include knowledge of SAP B1, experience with exhibitions/expo, and ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries, and contributing to the growth of the business by identifying new sales opportunities.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement in customer support processes.
