Leadership Position

This position is responsible for overseeing the daily execution of multiple teams, including Onboarding, Marketing, and Training/Upskilling.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Team Oversight: Directly manage team pods across various departments; create and maintain rosters, capacity plans, and shift coverage.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each stage of the hiring process.
  • Pipeline Enhancement: Monitor dashboards to identify bottlenecks and implement strategies to improve time-to-onboard, submissions per day, interviews scheduled, offer rate, and join rate.
  • Training Operations: Coordinate curricula, trainer schedules, candidate cohorts, assessments, and certification tracking to ensure readiness for placements.
  • Onboarding Excellence: Ensure accurate documentation, agreements, background checks, and system access to maintain zero-defect records.
  • Quality Control: Run quality assurance checks on resumes, submissions, and communications to uphold data privacy and audit-ready records.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, Finance/Collections, and Sales to facilitate smooth handoffs.
  • Automation & Tools: Champion CRM/ATS hygiene, automate routine tasks, and standardize reporting to improve efficiency.
  • Reporting & Reviews: Provide daily/weekly management information, root-cause analyses, corrective action plans, and leadership updates.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management within staffing/recruiting, edtech/training, BPO, or services environments; proven people management (15–50 headcount).
  • Strong program/project management skills, data-driven decision-making, and a focus on execution.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/ATS software, Google Sheets/Excel, and collaboration tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.
  • Comfort with night shifts and fast-paced, target-driven work environments.
