Accounting and Finance Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled leader to oversee the smooth running of our Accounting and Finance platforms.

About the Role
  • This is an opportunity for a seasoned professional with experience in team leadership, delivery oversight, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of project deliverables and operational commitments, and be able to ensure adherence to SLAs for availability, reliability, and data accuracy.

Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Provide coaching, feedback, and career development support to engineers and operations staff.
  • Delivery Oversight: Ensure project deliverables and operational commitments are met on time, with high quality and compliance.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the smooth running of Accounting and Finance platforms.
  • Incident & Problem Management: Ensure effective resolution of incidents; coordinate root cause analysis and track corrective actions.
  • Process Adherence: Ensure the team follows established engineering, SRE, and operational best practices.
  • Resource Allocation: Assign work across the team, balancing project and operational demands.
  • Reporting: Track and report on team progress, system performance, and operational metrics.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation, tooling improvements, and efficiency gains.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in technology roles, with 2–3 years in people management of engineering or operations teams.
