Job Title: Head of Financial Planning

We are looking for a senior financial leader to join our team and deliver strategic insights across the business unit.

  • The Head of FP&A will play a key role in leading our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) team to deliver comprehensive insights across all cycles to our internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

These include:

  1. Leading the planning and budgeting processes, managing risks, opportunities, and communicating analysis to leadership;
  2. Coordinating forecasting of cash flow, profit and loss statement, and balance sheet across weekly, monthly, and annual cycles;
  3. Analysing and monitoring group spend, developing reporting suites, and supporting leadership in overseeing initiatives and benefits;
  4. Coordinating business partnering, engaging senior leaders across global teams;
  5. Challenging spend, ensuring cost alignment with plans, and recommending improvements;
  6. Supporting arguments for capital projects and initiatives; analysing outcomes and ensuring delivery;
  7. Providing insights on spend, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and driving optimisation;
  8. Partnering with procurement on supplier contracts and processes;
  9. Continuously reviewing and optimising reporting and accounting procedures.
Required Skills and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of business partnering with senior leaders in global organisations;
  • Independence, attention to detail, and comfort with ambiguity;
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills;
  • Experience in improving or creating planning and reporting processes;
  • Organisation, speed, and ability to work under deadlines;
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across finance and non-finance teams.
