Global Benefits Specialist

Deliver impactful solutions to global organizations by leveraging SuccessFactors Global Benefits modules.

  • Configure and implement the platform across large-scale enterprises.
  • Collaborate with clients to design tailored benefits solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Develop and maintain benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows, and vendor integrations.
  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implement and configure SuccessFactors Global Benefits across large organizations.
  2. Collaborate with clients to design tailored solutions for global benefits needs.
  3. Configure benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows, and vendor integrations.
  4. Develop detailed test plans to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  5. Provide expert guidance on best practices and regulatory requirements in global benefits.
  6. Conduct training sessions to drive user adoption and system efficiency.
  7. Work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and third-party vendors.
  8. Offer ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements post go-live.
  9. Stay current with product updates and enhancements.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Global Benefits configuration and implementation.
  2. Strong understanding of global benefits processes and compliance regulations.
  3. Ability to manage client relationships and deliver business-driven solutions.
  4. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, along with certifications such as SAP SuccessFactors (Global Benefits or Employee Central).
