About this role:

We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits expert to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Total Rewards design principles and their application, along with associated business acumen.

They will work closely with clients to deliver high-quality compensation and benefits solutions that meet their needs.

  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies for clients.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to inform compensation decisions.
  • Design and implement total rewards programs that align with client goals.
  • Provide consulting advice to clients on compensation and benefits matters.

Requirements:

Experience in a compensation and benefits role is essential. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are also required.

Preferred qualifications include a university degree in HR or a related field, and relevant certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP.
