**Job Title:** IFS Ultimo Consultant

Our company is seeking a professional to fill the position of an IFS Ultimo Consultant. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions, specifically in IFS Ultimo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure IFS Ultimo modules such as Maintenance Management, Asset Management, and Safety Management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Customize Ultimo workflows, forms, and reports to meet client needs.
  • Integrate Ultimo with other enterprise systems like ERP and IoT platforms.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system maintenance and enhancements.
  • Participate in upgrade and migration projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with IFS Ultimo in implementation, support, or consulting roles.
  • Strong understanding of EAM principles and Ultimo's functional architecture.
  • Experience with Ultimo's configuration tools and scripting.
  • Familiarity with integration protocols such as REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • IFS Ultimo certification (if available).
  • Experience in industries such as manufacturing, utilities, healthcare, or logistics.
  • Knowledge of related systems like IFS Cloud, SAP, Oracle, or Maximo.
