Seeking a Strategic Business Continuity Leader
About this RoleWe are looking for an experienced professional to lead our business continuity program. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the resilience of our operations in the face of disruptions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive business continuity plan that aligns with industry best practices.
- Lead tabletop exercises and large-scale walkthroughs to test the effectiveness of our plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
- Design and execute periodic testing of all internal parameters and KPIs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 15 years of experience in organizations matching or exceeding our scale and complexity, including sectors like banking, IT, and BPO.
- A strong background in Resiliency & BCM domain at a senior level.
- Experience designing and executing business continuity programs for large organizations.
- Industry certifications such as BCI, DRI (ISO, CBCP/CBCI/MBCP/MBCI).
