Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Datacenter Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team supporting Cisco.

This role is best suited for professionals with deep expertise in Cisco Nexus technologies and a proven ability to design, optimize, and secure large-scale enterprise datacenter networks.

As a key technical contributor, you will be responsible for ensuring network resiliency, scalability, and operational efficiency in complex environments, while driving innovation through automation and modern datacenter practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and manage advanced datacenter networking solutions built on Cisco Nexus platforms (NX-OS).
  • Configure and troubleshoot advanced Cisco datacenter technologies including Virtual Port Channel, Overlay Transport Virtualization, and FabricPath.
  • Ensure continuous availability, security, and performance of datacenter network infrastructure.
  • Perform capacity planning, proactive monitoring, and performance optimization.
  • Leverage automation and scripting to streamline operations and enhance operational consistency.
  • Actively contribute to incident management, root cause analysis, and change control processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on expertise with Cisco Nexus platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of vPC, OTV, and FabricPath technologies.
  • Solid understanding of Layer 2/3 networking protocols and datacenter topologies.
  • Proficiency in Python scripting or equivalent programming for automation and network optimization.
  • CCIE Datacenter certification or equivalent extensive real-world experience.
