Job Description

We are seeking a talented Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Design, configure, and execute marketing campaigns with precision, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  • Develop measurement frameworks to track key metrics and performance trends, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Monitor campaign performance and create a feedback loop to improve segmentation, campaign design, and digital production.
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to improve business processes, decision-making, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in analyzing complex data sets using Excel, SQL, Python, R.
  • Hands-on experience in computational techniques like correlation, multivariate analysis, decision trees, clustering, regression, ensemble methods.
  • Skilled in presenting data insights and ML outcomes effectively through dashboards, slides, and visualizations.
  • Knowledge of Campaign Analytics, Funnel Analytics, and experience on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Google Analytics would be an advantage.
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in business or technology/ engineering.
