Key Role:

 

Market Intelligence and Lead Qualification Specialist

  • Conduct in-depth market research to gather insights on customer and prospect accounts through public and private data sources.
  • Analyze and qualify inbound leads to identify and prioritize key companies and personas for maximum campaign effectiveness.
  • Utilize public information sources to augment accounts, leads, and opportunities with relevant data to enhance prospecting effectiveness.
  • Develop targeted strategies for engaging prospects via email, social media, and other channels to increase engagement rates.
  • Rapidly follow up on marketing campaigns to create and maintain account intelligence briefs for sales and account managers to prepare them for prospect and customer meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted lists, call and email strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities and prospecting activities.
  • Work closely with partners including finance, marketing, and sales operations to enrich, cleanse, and triage account data.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business priorities and goals.
  • Document activity in a CRM system and report qualitative and quantitative results on a regular basis.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-6 years of experience in market development, business development, or similar roles.
  • Ability to effectively research, qualify, and react to leads and business opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation education.
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce.com, and marketing automation platforms like Marketo.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Professional and empathetic manner, capable of managing time and prioritizing tasks effectively with autonomy.
  • Proven experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
