Job Description:

The Strategic Influencer Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in spearheading influencer marketing initiatives that drive business growth and customer engagement.

This involves identifying and partnering with influential individuals across various social media platforms, developing and executing targeted campaigns that align with the brand's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research to identify potential influencers who resonate with the target audience and align with the brand's values.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to introduce the brand and its offerings to potential influencers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that meet or exceed performance metrics.
  • Manage logistics of influencer collaborations, including content creation, posting schedules, and deliverables.
  • Evaluate influencer content for brand guideline compliance and campaign objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with influencers and their management teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for influencers during campaign execution.
  • Keep influencers informed about the brand, product features, and campaign goals.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools, monitoring key metrics such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, and conversions.
  • Analyze data to assess campaign effectiveness and provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or related role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using social media analytics tools and marketing software.
