Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect to lead complex transformations and implementations of our clients' Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM Suite, strong technical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions for clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on technological decisions and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM features, functionalities, and roadmaps.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovations in HCM.
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects, meeting client expectations and project deadlines.
Requirements:
  • At least 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Solutions, with a minimum of 6+ years in Oracle Cloud HCM Suite.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful HCM implementations and transformations.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) or similar HCM products.
  • Certification in Oracle Cloud HCM is a plus.
