This full-time on-site role as a Quality Assurance Quality Control (QAQC) Engineer is based in Navi Mumbai. The QAQC Engineer will ensure the quality of products and services by developing and implementing quality control and assurance processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Handle TPI independently.
  2. Document control (GAD, ITP, Procedure, ISO documentation, Inspection reports, NCR-CAPA).
  3. Monitor and analyze quality performance.
  4. Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to meet quality specifications.
  5. Collaborate with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.
  6. Ensure workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.
  7. Investigate and troubleshoot product or production issues.
  8. Develop corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
  9. Review codes, specifications, and processes.
  10. Monitor incoming, process, and final inspection activities.
  11. Verify raw material and inspect bought-out components.
  12. Train quality and production staff to improve quality and reduce rejections.
  13. Prepare incoming inspection reports using checklists.
  14. Deliver timely inspection reports.
  15. Maintain rejection and rework records.
  16. Monitor 5S at the department.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree in Mechanical engineering or Diploma with relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance/control, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Codes (ASTM SEC II Part A & B, Sec IX, Sec V, Sec VII).
  • Knowledge of ISO standards.
  • Experience with 7 QC tools.
  • Teamwork, interpersonal skills, written and oral communication, attention to detail.
  • Technical understanding, design skills.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Quality control, quality assurance, and inspection expertise.
  • Quality auditing and management experience.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.

Additionally, certifications in quality control and assurance, experience in manufacturing or construction sectors, and knowledge of statistical analysis software are beneficial.
