Job Title: Quality Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating customer interactions to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call Monitoring: Evaluate and score calls based on defined quality parameters to identify areas for improvement.
  • Feedback and Coaching: Provide constructive feedback and coaching to employees to enhance their performance and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps in communication, process adherence, and customer handling, and support initiatives to drive business growth and customer loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and maintain quality reports, dashboards, and analysis for leadership to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate degree in any stream or relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Quality Control Specialist in a similar industry.
