Job Overview:

We seek an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with at least 6+ years of experience to play a pivotal role in shaping the Salesforce ecosystem—collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executing end-to-end functional delivery. If you're passionate about bridging business and tech, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in Salesforce functional consulting (Sales & Service Cloud) with 6–10 years of tenure.
  • In-depth understanding of Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, and related business processes.
  • Strong configuration knowledge of Salesforce, including Workflows, Process Builder/Flows, and basic setup.
  • Expertise in Opportunity, Quotes, Orders, Service Contracts, Entitlements, and Partner Portal management.
  • Excellent documentation and diagramming skills, including functional flows, specs, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience in crafting Jira user stories, conducting Impact and Root Cause Analyses.
  • Skilled in facilitating UAT—planning, executing, and representing business needs.
  • Able to communicate clearly and collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Lead and deliver across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with practical experience in Opportunity, Quote, Order, Service Contract, and Entitlement Management.
  • Own and optimize the Lead-to-Cash business process for maximum impact.
  • Enable Partner Portal, opportunity forecasting, and pipeline visibility.
  • Configure the Salesforce platform using Workflows, Flows, and other declarative tools.
  • Drive requirement gathering, document functional specs, flow diagrams, and business process maps.
  • Write user stories (Jira), perform Impact Analysis and Root Cause Analysis, and translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
