We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to support the day-to-day activities of the EMEA Marketing Team for Columbia Threadneedle Investments, part of Ameriprise Financial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the generation of the quarter schedule based on data availability, and source new data for any change requests.
  • Collate all data for each deck based on delivery schedules, and check data and input into presentations.
  • Support QC Peer reviews of all decks, update any inaccuracies spotted in the QC process, and engage with stakeholders for sign-off.
  • Upload decks to our compliance system and Document management tool, Seismic.
  • Work with various stakeholders, including investment and sales teams, to update presentations and produce PowerPoint product and strategy presentations.
  • Ensure deck adherence to the regulatory and compliance framework for asset management.
  • Communicate effectively with the team on work and progress to allow for agile management by the Presentations Lead in workflow meetings.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields, and/or data management experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance, with asset management experience preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with experience in Seismic and/or SharePoint a plus.
  • Experience with asset management data sets, including performance, characteristics, holdings, and more.
  • Understanding of asset managers and asset management products.
  • Ability to work effectively on multiple projects under tight deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Process-driven and operationally focused.
  • Demonstrable organizational skills and strong team working and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
