This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join our team as a Strategic Client Growth Professional. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and execute strategies to build long-term relationships with existing clients, driving growth through exceptional service and tailored solutions.
- Main Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries and providing timely, accurate information to ensure client satisfaction.
- Needs Assessment: Regularly assess clients' needs and financial goals, offering personalized product and service recommendations that align with their objectives.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
- Presentation and Sales: Effectively present our products and services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
- Financial Advisory: Provide expert financial guidance and advice to clients, creating customized financial plans and investment strategies that meet their unique needs and goals.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products and services to existing clients, increasing revenue and deepening client relationships.
Requirements
- Education: A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field is required.
- Certifications/Licenses: Some positions may require additional certifications or licenses, such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or relevant regulatory licenses.
- Experience: Previous experience in a client-facing role, such as sales, customer service, or relationship management, is preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the financial industry is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building trust and rapport with clients and effectively conveying financial information.
- Financial Knowledge: A strong understanding of financial products, investment options, and market dynamics is crucial for providing effective financial advice.
