Role: Data Analyst

Experience: 4 - 8 years

Location: Pan India

Notice period: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform regression testing to ensure new changes do not impact existing functionality
  • Design and execute detailed test cases scripts and validation checks aligned with business and technical requirements
  • Conduct data validation reconciliation and analysis across multiple systems and sources
  • Use SQL, Python and Excel to perform data extraction, transformation, validation and reporting
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues
  • Document, track and manage defects using JIRA ensuring timely resolution
  • Continuously improve testing processes, frameworks and automation opportunities
  • Support test planning, strategy and execution within Agile Waterfall environments

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in regression testing with strong defect identification and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python and advanced Excel for data validation and analysis
  • Experience working with JIRA or similar defect tracking tools
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC testing methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent analytical problem solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting
  • Exposure to performance load testing
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
