Job Title: Business Data Analytics

We are seeking a skilled professional to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

The ideal candidate will work closely with data architects, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure business continuity, data integrity, and performance optimization in migration of enterprise data solutions from SAP HANA to Snowflake.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and collate analytics and reporting requirements.
  2. Analyze and conduct feasibility studies of the requirements.
  3. Identify source systems, source data sets, and source tables needed to fulfill the requirements.
  4. Convert functional requirements into technical solutions.
  5. Create detailed business requirement documents (BRD) and functional design documents (FD).
  6. Perform functional unit testing of the solution.
  7. Support business teams for completion of user acceptance testing.
  8. Facilitate communication between business and IT.
  9. Support deployment of technical solution to production.
  10. Identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering roles.
  • Understanding of supply chain business processes.
  • Experience working on analytics-related projects and implementations.
  • Good exposure to SAP ERP systems like ECC or S/4HANA.
  • Ability to identify relationships between data sets.
  • Exposure to SQL queries and ability to query data for analysis/troubleshooting.
  • Exposure to BI reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
