We are seeking a Senior Risk Manager to join our Insurance team. This role will require working at least three days a week in the office, based in Mumbai.

About the Role

This is a hybrid position that combines underwriting and broking responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • To develop, implement and manage risk management and insurance programs for our clients.
  • To maintain effective long-term relationships with key client decision makers.
  • To understand the client's business, risk management and insurance needs.
  • To implement renewal and broking strategies.
Additional Responsibilities
  • To assist with the development of additional business from existing portfolios and acquiring new business.
  • To negotiate equitable claim settlements on behalf of clients.
  • To monitor the accuracy and performance of outputs from the operations processing team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Graduate with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • To meet the training requirements of Tier 1 FSRA Compliance.
  • Prior experience in general insurance or financial lines within a broking or underwriting environment preferred.
