Role Overview:
This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks across various operations and projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential threats and develop strategies to mitigate their impact.
- Compliance Management: Ensure that all risk management practices are in line with relevant laws and regulations.
- Investigations & Analysis: Perform in-depth investigations to uncover vulnerabilities and recommend improvements to risk management frameworks.
- Contingency Planning: Develop effective contingency plans to minimize the impact of unforeseen events.
- Reporting & Communication: Prepare clear, concise reports on risk processes and outcomes, and engage stakeholders in informed decision-making.
- Culture Development: Foster a culture of proactive risk identification, transparency, and open communication.
Key Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong educational background (CA / MBA) and 5–10 years of experience in a similar field.
- Desirable: PMP Certification.
- Plant/Manufacturing environment experience.
- Defence business exposure.
- SAP environment knowledge (preferred).
