About the Role:

We are looking for a Risk Advisor to join our Treasury Advisory vertical. You will work directly with senior team members to deliver actionable, data-backed insights to CFOs and finance/treasury teams of listed/unlisted international trade-based enterprises. Our work lies at the intersection of markets, strategy, and execution, and we are trusted by clients across sectors for our insight-driven, independent advice.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze FX/Interest Rates/Commodity exposure of client firms and develop strategic hedging insights
  • Track macroeconomic indicators, central bank actions, and global market trends to interpret & derive strategic implications for client portfolios
  • Support preparation of client presentations, market updates, and internal research briefs
  • Collaborate with the Advisory Lead and vertical head on strategy development
  • Collaborate with outsourcing, research, and technology teams to ensure cohesive client delivery
  • Participate in client meetings and calls alongside senior advisors to understand and contribute to treasury discussions
  • Contribute to the creation of market updates, knowledge notes, and thought leadership content
  • Participate in client conversion from potential leads

Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM in Finance
  • 1–2 years of experience in a financial markets or consulting role
  • BBA/B.Com/BA (Economics)/BSc Finance graduates with CFA level 1 or FRM 1 level cleared with relevant exposure can also apply
  • Strong interest in macroeconomics, FX/interest rates, commodity and risk management
  • Participate in client conversion from potential leads
  • Analytical mindset with working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and financial data tools
  • Strong communication and eagerness to interact with clients
