About the Role

  • You will work closely with our team to develop, install, and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications">

  • You will participate in requirement gathering, design reviews, and SCRUM meetings to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and within budget">
  • You will create and update configuration documentation to maintain accuracy and consistency">
  • You will deploy solutions in test environments and ensure quality before moving them to production">
  • You will perform platform upgrades and implement best practices to improve system efficiency">
  • You will script in various areas like Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, etc. to automate tasks and improve productivity">
  • You will develop integrations with third-party tools using REST API and SOAP web services to expand our capabilities">
  • You will provide training and support to team members to help them grow professionally">
