We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team.
This role involves planning, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across various platforms to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI).
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in running paid campaigns, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven marketing strategies.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and other channels.
- Take full ownership of client accounts, focusing on ROI growth, retention, and client satisfaction.
- Communicate directly with clients, providing timely reports, insights, and strategic guidance.
- Collaborate with our creative and technical teams to align campaigns with client objectives.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (ROI, CTR, CPA, CAC, LTV).
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns (Meta, Google required; Snapchat is a bonus).
- Strong communication and client-facing skills — ability to explain data and strategy clearly.
- Proven track record of delivering ROI and scaling campaigns profitably.
- A high-ownership mindset — takes initiative and ensures results.
- Ability to guide clients strategically, not just execute ads.
- Respect for deadlines, processes, and others' time.
