About the Position

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong organizational and communication skills to manage placements and ensure successful recruitment processes for students.

The Training Placement Officer will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, including industry professionals, to provide training and placement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage placement processes for students, ensuring timely completion and high success rates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners to secure job opportunities for students.
  • Coordinate training programs for students to enhance their employability skills.
  • Monitor and analyze placement statistics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in a recognized educational institution.
  • MBA in Marketing from a minimum second-tier B-School.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in handling campus placements.
  • Strong networking skills with industry professionals.
