We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Finance and Accounting Specialist. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Journal Entry Processing: Accurately process and record journal entries in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or irregularities.
  • Month-End Tasks and Reporting: Prepare and submit month-end reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, within the required timeframe.
  • Fixed Asset Accounting: Manage fixed assets, including acquisition, depreciation, and disposal, in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Inventory Accounting (Limited Requirement): Maintain inventory records, perform periodic stocktakes, and ensure accurate reporting of inventory levels and values.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in AP processes, with a strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
