Full-Stack AI Developer Role

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will work on building and optimizing AI models using efficient code.

About the Role

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building, testing, and refining AI models with production-ready code.
  • Evaluating model performance through rigorous testing and ranking of outputs.
  • Fine-tuning models with high-quality datasets for specific applications.
  • Raising the bar by conducting thorough code reviews, testing, and documentation.
  • Innovating by developing new strategies to make AI more useful, safe, and aligned with real-world needs.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with Node.js or NestJS, along with a modern frontend framework like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Proficiency in modular development, scalable systems, and secure coding practices.
  • Familiarity with Docker.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly in English.
Bonus Points

If you have experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), test-driven development, QA, or automated testing, it will be considered as a plus.

Engagement Details
