Job Title: AI Model Developer

We are seeking an experienced AI Model Developer to join our team.

Job Description:

As a seasoned professional in artificial intelligence, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing cutting-edge AI/ML models for complex business problems (NLP, computer vision, predictive modeling, recommendation systems, etc.).
  • Building and maintaining scalable AI/ML pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the globe to integrate AI solutions into industry-leading products.
  • Ensuring high-performance, scalable, and production-ready deployment using MLOps practices.
  • Optimizing models with advanced techniques (hyperparameter tuning, distributed training, GPU optimization).
  • Contributing to research initiatives and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in Large Language Models, generative AI, and automation frameworks.
  • Documenting technical processes, architectures, and pipeline workflows for reproducibility and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing AI/ML solutions.
  • Strong programming expertise in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face.
  • Proven track record in building and managing ML pipelines (Airflow, Kubeflow, MLflow, Prefect, etc.).
  • Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud AI/ML platforms (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, or GCP Vertex AI).
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong problem-solving ability and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) is highly desirable. Exposure to real-time/streaming data processing (Kafka, Spark Streaming) is also beneficial. Knowledge of microservices and API development for model integration is a plus. Experience with generative AI and reinforcement learning techniques is highly valued.
