AI Development Position

As an experienced Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our company's AI strategy by developing and deploying innovative models that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough data analysis and feature engineering to uncover valuable insights and optimize model performance.
  • Design and implement Deep Learning architectures, including Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) and Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), to achieve high accuracy and robustness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives and ensure seamless integration.
  • Utilize mathematical principles and statistical knowledge to guarantee the reliability and fairness of developed models.
Required Skills:
  • At least 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
  • Strong expertise in data exploration, feature engineering, and preprocessing techniques.
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and other leading ML frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize models for real-world scenarios.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Big Data technologies, such as Hadoop and Spark.
  • Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of MLOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
