AI/ML Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer to develop innovative software solutions that harness the power of Large Language Models and other cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI-enabled products that leverage Large Language Models and other emerging technologies.
  • Develop high-performance search and ranking components, including data indexing, query processing, and bulk data handling.
  • Create evaluation frameworks for agent, RAG, and LLM performance, utilizing a polyglot approach with open-source models.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science, with proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • Strong background in distributed data systems or machine learning engineering, with experience in distributed computing frameworks like Ray.
  • Proven ability to experiment with new techniques and deliver robust production code, with a strong focus on automation and scientific thinking.
  • Recent experience in building agents, training and evaluating emerging foundation LLMs, constructing RAG systems, and planet-scale information retrieval systems, or working with vector databases.
