Job Title: Process Lead

Role Overview:

This role involves overseeing the proposal, engineering, and management of water business projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams of multi-disciplinary engineers for EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead design and engineering of various Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant Projects
  • Develop and implement strategies for identifying and concluding technology tie-ups in water
  • Manage the entire bidding process for securing contracts, coordinating with external agencies
  • Oversee diverse range of project engineering activities related to project conceptualisation, process and detail engineering, planning, implementation, validation, risk analysis & mitigation and process improvements
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Conventional Water Treatment Plant design, membrane filtration technologies, and Biological Treatment Plants
  • Experience in industrial effluent treatment with zero liquid discharge for various industries
  • Thorough knowledge of CPHEEO manual, IS codes, other national and international codes / standards and design related software
  • Leadership and motivation skills to encourage and guide Research & Development activities
