DesignationManager – ProjectsLocationEnchante ProjectIndustryReal Estate / ConstructionJOB DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage residential and/or commercial real estate development projects in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction project management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:· Project Planning & Execution:Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for construction projects. Oversee day-to-day operations from pre-construction to project completion. Expertise in infrastructure like roads, drainage, landscape and water supply would be essential in developing our project.· Coordination & Supervision:Lead project teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, consultants, and site personnel. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.· Budget & Cost Control:Monitor project costs, track expenditures, and implement cost-control measures to ensure adherence to the approved budget.· Quality Assurance:Ensure that all construction activities comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and relevant statutory requirements.· Risk Management:Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.· Reporting & Documentation:Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients. Maintain comprehensive project documentation.· Vendor & Contractor Management:Evaluate, negotiate, and manage vendor and contractor performance to ensure timely and quality delivery.· Regulatory Compliance:Ensure all legal and regulatory approvals (local body permissions, environmental clearances, etc.) are obtained in a timely manner.Required Qualifications & Skills:· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.(Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus)· Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in construction project management within the real estate or infrastructure sector.· Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale residential, commercial or Plotting projects.· Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations in Tamil Nadu.· Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Job Location : Enchante Project, Near Landmark, KG Earth Home, Village Siresuri, Chennai- 603103HR contact details : Mr. Vishal Raval, Senior Manager – Human CapitalEmail id: websites : | | | Profile:
