Performance Marketing Manager Job Description

 

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our growth team. The ideal candidate will have excellent digital marketing skills, the ability to think creatively, and experience in creating and optimizing high-performing ads.

 

The key responsibilities of this role include managing ad campaigns, creating and executing strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI), innovating new campaign ideas, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategy and deliver high returns on performance marketing spends.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ad campaigns for performance marketing.
  • Create, execute, and optimize strategies end-to-end on various channels to maximize ROI.
  • Innovate and come up with new campaign ideas.
  • Work closely with the team leads to create and drive strategy with the right prioritization of initiatives to deliver the highest returns on performance marketing spends.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Previous experience running Google and Facebook ads extensively.
  • Ability to run ads on lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and interest-based audiences.
