Key Responsibilities
  • Execute fieldwork and testing of core responsibilities across laws such as anti-money laundering, data privacy, anti-corruption, consumer protection & fairness.
  • Design and lead testing programs with strong risk assessment skills, facilitating issue classification and reporting.
  • Maintain regular dialogue with stakeholders on progress and potential findings.
  • Independently lead conversations with senior stakeholders during kickoffs, testing, and issue alignment discussions.
  • Train and mentor colleagues in upskilling themselves with relevant knowledge and practices.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives to improve delivery models and present to senior leadership.
  • Develop remediation plans to address findings and identify emerging regulatory risks.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience in internal audit or regulatory compliance within the Big Four or a financial institution with AML background.
  • Academic Background: Good academic qualification with experience in compliance or legal and Anti-Money Laundering knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Chartered Accounts, CPA, CIA, ACAMS, MBA, and individuals with certifications in audit are preferred.
