We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to lead online bidding and IT sales initiatives, focusing on acquiring new clients in untapped markets.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities via online platforms.
- Optimize and maintain company profiles across bidding platforms to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
- Prepare tailored proposals that address client needs and highlight our unique value.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and emerging opportunities.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and meet or exceed agreed performance goals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of proven success in IT business development and online bidding.
- A strong portfolio of closed deals in international markets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of IT services, web and app development, UI/UX, and digital marketing solutions.
