We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven professional to join our team as a Medical Representative in the Nashik region. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products/medical devices to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective territory management plans to maximize coverage and achieve sales goals within the Nashik region.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, specialists, pharmacists, and hospital administrators in Nashik through regular visits, presentations, and discussions.
- Promote and educate healthcare professionals on the features, benefits, and appropriate usage of our pharmaceutical products/medical devices, utilizing scientific data and marketing materials.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and market share objectives within the Nashik territory.
- Maintain a thorough and up-to-date understanding of our products, therapeutic areas, and relevant clinical data, as well as competitor products and market trends in Nashik.
- Plan and conduct or participate in local medical conferences, seminars, workshops, and CMEs (Continuing Medical Education) to enhance product visibility and build relationships with key opinion leaders in Nashik.
