Cargo Sales Manager Job Opportunity

Our team is seeking a highly motivated Cargo Sales Manager to lead our cargo sales efforts in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for an online carrier ex UAE.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in air cargo and a passion for business development in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. This role presents a unique opportunity for those who want to take their career to the next level by driving sales growth and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a regional cargo sales strategy for the UAE, focusing on maximizing revenue opportunities and meeting sales targets.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with freight forwarders and logistics partners to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Represent our organization in industry forums and client meetings, promoting our services and building strategic partnerships.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in air cargo sales or GSSA, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
  • A strong network within the freight and logistics industry in the UAE, with established relationships and connections.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and excellent at client relationship management, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with online carriers ex UAE, with knowledge of the local market and regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of the GCC region's air cargo market, including its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
