Job Role Overview

  • The Human Resources & Administrative Executive is responsible for onboarding and assimilating new joiners into the team, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • To foster employee engagement, we conduct regular team-building activities, one-on-one connects, fun Fridays, sports events, and other initiatives to promote camaraderie and teamwork.
  • Performance management includes quarterly check-ins, skip-level meetings, and annual appraisals to ensure employees meet organizational expectations.
  • In Employee Relations, you will handle queries, address concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain alignment with organizational requirements.
  • Employee Retention involves conducting exit interviews and recommending strategies to enhance retention.
  • Continuous improvement of the employee experience at every touchpoint ensures our organization remains competitive.
  • Support to Corporate Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition teams as required promotes interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Facility Management oversees the upkeep of facilities, including space management, interiors, electrical systems, air conditioning, fire safety, internet connectivity, minor projects, soft services, cafeteria operations, inventory management, vendor lists, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
