Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for building and managing a highly engaged community of business entrepreneurs/agents.
  • Educate members about TravClan and oversee the management of 100-200 business accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with the finance, product, and marketing teams to develop better processes, products, and reach.
  • Maintain healthy agent retention while growing the volume of Agent's business through TravClan.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction while addressing Agent's grievances related to payments, services, products, etc.
  • Effectively manage feedback and escalations from customers and vendors.
  • Host country-wide offline and online events & meet-ups for members periodically.

Remuneration:

INR 15,000 per month (increases by INR 5,000 every month)
