- Arun- Cofounder, leads product, Ex Cars24, TravelTriangle, TripFactory, IIM Bangalore.
- Chirag- Cofounder, leads business, Ex Oyo, TravelTriangle, IIM Ahmedabad, IIT Roorkee.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for building and managing a highly engaged community of business entrepreneurs/agents.
- Educate members about TravClan and oversee the management of 100-200 business accounts.
- Collaborate closely with the finance, product, and marketing teams to develop better processes, products, and reach.
- Maintain healthy agent retention while growing the volume of Agent's business through TravClan.
- Ensure customer satisfaction while addressing Agent's grievances related to payments, services, products, etc.
- Effectively manage feedback and escalations from customers and vendors.
- Host country-wide offline and online events & meet-ups for members periodically.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate an ethical, hardworking attitude and passion for startups
- Exhibit excellent structured problem-solving abilities
- Display a good understanding of different business verticals
- Show discipline and a process-oriented approach
- Exercise presence of mind
- Show willingness to learn more
- Be available for 2-3 months
Remuneration:
INR 15,000 per month (increases by INR 5,000 every month)
