About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our team in Delhi, India. This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative at Gulmohar Health Care Private Limited.

About You:

To be successful in this position, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should have a proven track record in sales, preferably in a similar industry, and strong negotiation and closing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote Products/Services: Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, lead generation activities and quotation followups
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and new prospects. Understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Sales Presentations: Present products or services to clients in a compelling manner, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales, ensuring mutual satisfaction between the client and the company under the observation of Sales Head.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and report on sales performance regularly.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Salary Information: The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 depending on your experience and qualifications.
